This is just a reminder that Lincoln County High School will be dismissing 3 hours early today. Again ... LCHS will be dismissing at 12:19 to allow time for teachers to discuss student data. Thanks amd have a good day!
Here are a few reminders of policy and practices our administrative staff would like for you to know.
-All students must enter and exit through the front entrance/exit. There are no exceptions to this rule. Students must be signed out to exit the building. This can be done by sending a note with the student or sending an email to administrative staff.
-Cell phones are not allowed out while instruction is taking place. This means when students are in class, phones are put away out of sight.
-Backpacks are not to be carried from class to class. They should remain in lockers. If your student does not have a locker they can obtain one through office staff.
-Hats and hoods cannot be worn inside the building.
-Clothing should cover midriff/bellybutton and shorts should extend to fingertips when arms are at rest.
-Student Drivers must have a parking permit and are expected to follow posted signs. Driving privileges can be revoked for students who do not obey the law or do not behave in a responsible manner.
-Everyone should yield to buses. Please do not let other vehicles out when buses are exiting during dismissal. This causes further congestion and buses to be late to their destinations.
If you have any question about any of these items please contact the school.
Thanks.
